Food Product Return Policy

Food product returns are restricted for product safety and handling reasons.

Legend Cookhouse does not accept returns unless there is a defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect item issue.

Eligible Order Issues

Contact support if your order arrives with a damaged item, missing item, defective product issue, or incorrect item.

Damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to support within 3 days of delivery.

Issues Not Accepted as Returns

Unopened food products are not returnable as normal buyer's remorse.

Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not accepted for return except as part of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item issue review.

Returns due to taste preference are not accepted. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.

How to Report a Problem

When possible, include your order number, delivery date, a short description of the issue, and photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and carton condition.

Please retain the product, packaging, and photos where possible while the issue is reviewed.

Resolution Options

For approved defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect item issues, the customer may choose a refund, replacement, or store credit.

If a return shipment is required, our support team will provide instructions during the issue review.
